Symbl is a simple but surprisingly useful tool for grabbing SVG icons and HTML symbols without logging in, signing up, or dealing with someone’s startup pitch. It’s built for speed. You land on the site, find what you need, copy it, and drop it straight into your project. No bloat, no distractions.

The icon sets are broad and weird in a good way. You’ll find standard arrows, currency symbols, UI icons, emojis, and some offbeat additions like app store badges, brand logos, and keyboard keys. Everything is in SVG or Unicode format, so you can copy what you need and keep moving. It’s the kind of tool you don’t realize you use all the time until you do.

Symbl also throws in small tools like a password generator and color palette reference, but those are side notes. The main draw is the raw simplicity of the symbol library. There’s no search bar with filters or tagging, and that’s both a strength and a weakness. If you’re just browsing or working quickly, it’s perfect.
